The WSET level 3 studypack by Vinjoyment

The WSET Level 3 Study Pack

Are you currently enrolled for the WSET Level 3 or thinking about it? Are interested in learning more about the major grape varieties and wine regions at an intermediate level?

This Notion study pack is the perfect tool for you. We used this study pack to revise for the WSET Level 3 Wine Exam and both passed with Distinction. We found it to be incredibly helpful and know it will help you too. Here are some of the benefits of using this study pack:

  1. It will help you connect the dots between grapes, regions, and production methods. This is a key requirement for the WSET Level 3 Wine Exam, and it can be difficult to remember all of this information without a good system. This study pack will make it easy for you to see how everything fits together.

  2. It is great for self-testing. The toggles in Notion make it easy to hide and unhide information, so you can test yourself on what you know. This is a great way to make sure that you are retaining the information and that you are ready for the exam.

  3. It is fun and engaging. The study pack is full of images and emojis, which will help you to remember the information and make studying more enjoyable.

About Vinjoyment

vinjoyment*

[ vin-joy-muhnt ]noun

  1. the excitement of exploring the world of wine

  2. a source of pleasure, mindfulness and connection; in harmony with the environment

Vinjoyment was born out of deep passion for wine and how it connects us to our senses, to nature and to one another. We’re on a mission to demystify the art of wine and share what wine growers, winemakers and wine lovers (!) can teach us, in a fun and accessible way - always honouring nature.

The Vinjoyment Manifesto

The Vinjoyment Manifesto

  1. Learning about wine is for everyone and does not have any pre-requirements. We’re all learning together and there’s no such thing as a ‘know-it-all’ in this field!

  2. Wine tasting is an act of mindfulness. By using all of our senses, we exercise the benefits of being present in a world that is constantly pulling us in a million directions.

  3. We honour every single person involved in the vineyard-to-glass process: from growers and grape pickers, to oenologists and winemakers… to wine traders, researchers and sommeliers all over the world. Everyone has something to teach and contribute!

  4. Wines produced in harmony with nature, following sustainable practices (organic, biodynamic, low-intervention) are a celebration of their local environment - and are a joy to drink!

  5. Appreciating wine helps us drink responsibly. We believe in quality over quantity.

Who we are

Lorena

Hello! I’m Lorena. I’m originally from Mexico City and have lived and worked in multiple places, but London has been home for over a decade. Studying wine has opened up a new universe for me where my love for history, geography, languages and nature come together - it’s a fascinating journey! My focus is on biodynamic and regenerative viticulture, and in general wines made in harmony with nature.

Jean-Philippe

Hi! I’m Jean-Philippe. Being half-French/half-German, wine has always been present in my life. My French family are winemakers in Burgundy and I went to University in the Rheingau region. I’m passionate about discovering the world, and travelling has allowed me to appreciate how wine-producing regions (large and small) offer some of the most unique experiences - from food to the most creative human beings you can find. I love getting to know indigenous grape varieties and small, visionary producers.
