the joy of exploring the world of wine
a source of mindfulness, creativity and connection; working with nature
Vinjoyment was born out of deep passion for the world of wine and how it connects us to nature, to our human senses and to a wonderful community of creative people. Our mission is to introduce people of all knowledge levels to this fascinating universe in a fun and accessible way. We do this by sharing the inspiring stories of the human and places that make wine possible. We focus on wines that have been produced by working with nature, rather than by trying to control it.

Learning about wine is for everyone and does not have any pre-requirements. We’re all learning together and there’s no such thing as a ‘know-it-all’ in this field!
Wine tasting is an act of mindfulness. By using all of our senses, we exercise the benefits of being present in a world that is constantly pulling us in a million directions.
We honour every single person involved in the vineyard-to-glass process: from growers and grape pickers, to oenologists and winemakers… to wine traders, researchers and sommeliers all over the world. Everyone has something to teach and contribute!
Wines produced in harmony with nature (often described as natural, low-intervention, zero-zero) are a celebration of their local environment - and are a joy to drink!
Appreciating wine helps us drink responsibly. We believe in quality over quantity.

Hello! I’m Lorena and I am the co-founder and main driver of Vinjoyment, leading our public and private wine workshops. I’m originally from Mexico City and have lived and worked in multiple places, but London has been home for over a decade. My background is in geopolitics and studying wine opened up a new universe where my love for history, geography, languages and nature come together - it’s a fascinating journey! My focus is on artisanal wines following regenerative practices... and sharing the stories about why they matter!
Hi! I’m Jean-Philippe. I co-founded Vinjoyment and while you'll see me occasionally at tastings, I'm mostly behind the scenes. Being half-French/half-German, wine has always been present in my life. My French family were winemakers in Burgundy and I went to university in the Rheingau region. Travelling has allowed me to appreciate how wine-producing regions offer some of the most unique experiences - including the most creative human beings you can find. I love getting to know local grape varieties and small, visionary producers.
